With over 1500 different locations in Australia, it’s a pretty safe bet that you will find a collection point close-by, and best of all? You can organise everything from parcel tracking and collection to returns online.

How do ParcelPoint returns work?

To use the Parcel Point returns service, go to the Parcel Point website and click ‘Book a Return’. You will be asked to find the retailer you bought your item from. Then, enter your package details, such as the order number and your reason for return. Choose your ParcelPoint location (don’t worry, you can change it later if it’s not convenient) and drop it off when you can.

How does ParcelPoint tracking work?

ParcelPoint tracking is another service that can help to make the online shopping experience simpler. To track a package through ParcelPoint, simply select ‘Track Your Parcel’ and enter the tracking number for a current location and an estimated delivery time.

What types of parcels are accepted by ParcelPoint?

ParcelPoint accepts parcels up to 10kg and 120 cubic centimetres. For reference, that’s about the size of a carry-on luggage.

If your parcel is oversized, it may be rejected by the ParcelPoint office, or incur an extra-sized parcel charge.

What is Shop & Collect?

ParcelPoint also allows shoppers to select a ParcelPoint location as their delivery address. Set it up by entering your most convenient ParcelPoint’s address during checkout. Then, register your parcel with ParcelPoint online. You will get an email to let you know that registration was successful and your parcel is accounted for.

The service costs $2.95 per package as long as pick-up is within 7 days of delivery.

What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a free service that allows shoppers to buy online and collect the purchase from the most conveniently located store. Retailers that partner with ParcelPoint can offer the shoppers the option to ‘Click & Collect’ from their local ParcelPoint store.
