Pandora offers FREE standard shipping on orders over $120 to one address. Orders totalling less than $120 can be shipped using standard Australia Post services for $8.95 or Australia Post Express services for $12.95.

Orders placed between Monday and Friday by 2pm AEST will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later. Deliveries are not available on weekends and cannot be made to Parcel Locker addresses.

Pandora provides returns for change of mind for 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged and unworn and in a saleable condition. The original Pandora box should be returned. Fill out the returns form online to start the returns process.

The returns label should be firmly attached to the outside of your parcel and original outer packaging can be used to return the items.

Approved refunds will be given to the same tender as used in the original transaction.
