PandaPow is a multi-platform VPN application with a focus on ease of use and value. Based out of Hong Kong, it provides an encrypted network that masks your IP address with an anonymous one, along with a small handful of extra features.
In my opinion PandaPow is a great VPN for first-timers, though the basic nature of the service might not meet the wants and needs of an advanced user who loves to tinker.

Although lacking in advanced features, PandaPow represents an excellent introduction to virtual private networks thanks to its easy set-up and smooth browsing performance. If all you want is a simple VPN that provides stability, performance and a decent amount of privacy for a reasonable price, PandaPow will do the job nicely. It's fast, simple and secure - which is all that most people require from a VPN.
