Most orders are delivered within three to 10 business days, though if the item you select is not in stock when you order it, Pampers will inform you within two working days to either give you a refund, another item or a backorder.

A variety of couriers are used to ship your purchases to you and the company will not provide a refund or offer insurance for any damages acquired during shipping. Some orders qualify for free shipping, as long as they are bulk orders over $250 and will be delivered to addresses only in NSW, Victoria, the ACT and southeast Queensland.

You will not be able to return any used nappies, but Pampers offers an easy returns process for unused products. You’ll need to contact the company within 30 days of your purchase date and submit your name, address and phone number, along with the assigned Return ID you’ll get by calling customer service and the reason for your return.

Refunds can be issued for any products that fall under the 30-day warranty. If you simply change your mind and no longer want the product, a full refund will be issued as long as the product is still under warranty, though a 5% restocking fee will apply. Pampers Nappies will not refund any shipping or postage costs unless you are returning the product because of retailer error.
