For orders under $50, ozgameshop charges a flat rate of $1.99 for standard Australian deliveries. Standard delivery timeframes apply. Refunds, exchanges and returns with ozgameshop

Returns and exchanges: ozgameshop accepts items for change-of-mind within 14-days of receipt. The item returned must be in new condition to qualify for a refund. You will need to ask for a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) from OzGameShop to facilitate the refund or exchange. ozgameshop will refund both the item cost as well as the original postage cost however return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Take note that certain items such as PC games cannot be returned once they have been opened and installed. In addition, digital codes are also non-refundable. You need to make sure that the game is compatible with your system before making the purchase.

Faulty item: ozgameshop accepts faulty items for exchange or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt. Items must be returned to ozgameshop, with its original packaging and accessories and once inspected for fault, you will be given a refund or exchange. ozgameshop will refund reasonable return carriage costs if the item is deemed faulty.

Should the product develop a fault after this 30-day period, it will be covered by manufacturer warranty. In the majority of cases, you will be entitled to repair, replacement or partial refund. However, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.
