OVO Mobile cuts 100GB mobile broadband plan price

$69.95 for 100GB of mobile data is a seriously sweet deal.
OVO Mobile just launched its 100GB mobile broadband plan earlier in the month, pitching it squarely as an alternative to the National Broadband Network for folks who couldn't get access yet or were simply sick of waiting.
While there are some considerable differences between fixed-line broadband and its mobile equivalent, it was still an aggressive deal, and it would appear that OVO's still got its aggressive pricing pants on, deciding to slice the price of its plan down from its launch price of $100 to just $69.95 per 30 day recharge.
If you're feeling slightly ticked off because you already bought a $100 recharge, OVO says that it will credit you with $30 for your trouble given how quickly the plan pricing changed.
OVO's mobile broadband plans are provided over the Optus 4G network and are data-only, which means there's no phone component. OVO's own OVOPlay content, which includes a wide range of sporting content is included and can be streamed without incurring additional data charges. Here's how OVO's mobile broadband plans now compare:
