Check out the statement streetwear sneakers that are set to drop soon.
Following several collaborative efforts in the past, major streetwear label Vans has once again teamed up with American brand Opening Ceremony for a seriously stylish new line of kicks.
The latest edit will see the cult-favourite Vans Old Skool silhouette reimagined in a luxe satin shell update with three new colourways up for grabs. Our personal favourite is the Pale Mauve/Burnt Coral iteration which features a pastel pink upper paired with red accents and tonal details.
If you're feeling particularly bold, you can invest in the Burnt Orange/Emerald design, which sees an eye-catching orange upper accentuated with teal on the side panelling. If you want to take things down a notch, there is also the Aqua Sky/Silver Old Skools which come in an icy blue/green colourway with grey accents.
Each pair of sneakers gives off a true streetwear vibe that has been perfectly captured by LA photographer Leo Reilly in the promo shots. We recommend picking up a pair for a comfortable take on your next festival outfit or just pairing them with an all black outfit for a truly statement (yet totally chic) look.
When and where can you shop the collection?
The latest Opening Ceremony x Vans line is set to hit stores in the US today, meaning that we should see them become available on the Australian Vans site in the coming weeks. Previous collaborations from the two brands have seen the Old Skools retail for around $100, so we can expect a similar price range for the satin line.
The capsule collection follows other recent Vans collaborations including a sleek diamond-inspired drop with mega label Supreme as well as a psychedelic 70s-style line with UK label size? The brand has also recently released an entirely new Vans silhouette titled the Sid NI, if you're after something a little different.
