What are the tuition fees and other expenses to study Nursing?

The tuition for nursing will vary greatly depending on your course of study. To give you a guideline, for undergraduate degrees the bachelor of nursing at Charles Sturt University is expected to cost $6,800 per year, and will take 3-4 years depending on the intensity of your study.While in the postgraduate level, the master of healthcare leadership at Southern Cross University will cost $1,830 per unit, and the course contains 12 units (total: $21,960).
You should also keep in mind that at some point during your training to be a nurse you will have to spend time in healthcare facilities and learn and be assessed on your application of the knowledge you’ve attained. This may be through short residential programs, on-campus courses or in a healthcare facility near you. The nature of the course dictates that the learning cannot all be done remotely, so you should check out your course handbook, see what this will be on the program you choose, and prepare for it financially.

What are the career opportunities for nursing
