Oneflare aims to help get jobs done by connecting the right people online.
We’re reader-supported and may be paid when you visit links to partner sites. We don’t compare all products in the market, but we’re working on it!
One of the positives behind the current pandemic situation is a greater focus on supporting local businesses. Unfortunately, self-isolation and social distancing can make it hard to connect, which is where platforms like Oneflare come in.
Whether you're after an electrician, plumber, interior designer or even a pet groomer, using Oneflare means no more blindly hiring based on "a friend of a friend" recommendations and more cash flow for local tradies in need of job opportunities.

Key features and benefits of Oneflare
Oneflare pricing for people needing work done
Requesting a quote on Oneflare is free and you can choose to work with any of the businesses you are provided with a quote for or none of them if something doesn't suit.
Oneflare pricing for people doing the work
Oneflare works on a credit system for freelancers to quote on a lead. While you have the freedom to quote on as many jobs as you want, each quote will cost you a certain amount of credits.
Credits are priced at $1.00 per credit and are purchased in packs of 20, 50, 100 and 200.
The number of credits needed to quote on an individual lead is priced dynamically based on a variety of factors including demand, location and job attributes.
How are Oneflare Calls priced?
Oneflare Calls is a service for customers with a more urgent need that directly connects them with a suitable business nearby. Call Plans can be purchased on top of the pay-as-you-go credit system and are priced based on the number of calls per month and the type of service the business offers.
Oneflare vs hipages vs Fiverr
Oneflare isn't the only online marketplace around so to help you decide if it's right for you, we've compared some of the key features between Oneflare and two alternatives.
Note: hipages and Fiverr list their jobs in USD
|Types of services||Variety of service types including trades and a small number of digital services||Focus on trades including building, renovation, landscaping and cleaning services||Only digital services but a worldwide user base|
|Insurance||A verified badge is displayed on profiles of businesses with public liability or professional indemnity insurance||Up to customers to ensure the appropriate insurance is provided by the business||Fiverr protects sellers from fraud chargebacks|
Tips on finding work on Oneflare
- Get verified. Complete your profile with a picture or logo, full business description and any relevant qualifications and insurance
- Showcase your work. Upload photos of yourself in action or before-and-after shots
- Respond as soon as possible. Whether it's submitting a quote or following up with the customer, make sure to be prompt
- Sell yourself. The cheapest quote doesn't necessarily always win the job, so make sure to detail what you can provide and what makes you different from the competition
