These new kicks are the definition of statement wear.

Earlier this year, we got a glimpse of Nike x Off-White's latest collaboration at the spring/summer 2019 fashion show in Paris. From the images available, the fashion world gleaned that a new sneaker silhouette was on the way and it was absolutely right.

HanZuYing took to Instagram earlier this week to gift us our first proper look at the sneakers and, I'm not going to say that you need them, but look, you probably do. Dubbed Vapor Street, the new kicks arrive in three eye-popping colourways: blue/yellow, yellow/black and black/pink, with the blue/yellow being the standout from the line. The pastel kicks feature a blue upper, pink heel, yellow Nike swoosh and green outsole lacing that is guaranteed to make you stand out whether you're on the track or just out and about.

The impressive detailing doesn't end with the choice of hues, though. The new sneaker design also sees the upper wrapped in a transparent film which features Off-White's details on the medial side. The shoes also feature asymmetric lacing on the outsole to complete the daring new design.

When and where can you shop the sneakers?

Unfortunately, the images are the only thing to drop at this point in time with neither Nike nor Off-White announcing any release information. HanZuYing has said that they will be available in time for the US summer (winter here in Australia) though, meaning that we should be seeing them in-store fairly soon. When they are released, we'll likely see them first on both the Nike online site and the Off-White online site, so keep your eyes peeled.

In the meantime, you can check out Nike's other latest releases like its first Stranger Things-inspired drop. The highly-anticipated self-lacing Nike Adapt BB sneakers are also now available for sale, along with a retro-inspired collaboration with Japanese label Atmos.
