As of 25 March 2020, Novotel is offering guests who have booked a non-flexible rate after 1 March 2020 the option to change their reservation without fees. The new reservation date must on or before 30 April 2021.

Once you’re on the Novotel homepage, you can search for a hotel by entering the city or country you’re going to, and the dates you’d like to stay. A list of available properties will come up. Simply click “Check rates” to see how much a stay will cost.

Next, choose the rate type you’d like to book and add on any additionals (like breakfast), before continuing onto the payment page. You will need to enter your credit or debit card details and either pay a deposit or pay for your room in full to confirm.
