      Hi Lewis,

Your loan can only be funded and loaded onto the card when you apply. However, you can sign-in to the member’s area to have a prepaid card sent to you and load your funds onto the card yourself. The card should take five to seven days to be sent.

      Hope this helps,

      Elizabeth

      Hi Juane,

You’re able to pay your loan out early but you won’t be able to pay over the phone. You can get in touch with Nimble directly (by phone or on the website) to find out about your early repayment options.

      Hope this helps,

      Elizabeth

I already have an existing small loan with two payments to go, do I qualify to get more money to my Visa account before the first loan is completely paid for? Thanks!

    • Staff
      Elizabeth | January 28, 2016

      Hi Helena,

Unfortunately, you can only be approved for a Nimble loan once your existing loan has been repaid in full and the payment has been cleared. Once this happens you can login to the member’s area and apply for another loan.

      Thanks,

      Elizabeth

If i use bpay to load my own money onto card how long before it shows up on card

      Elizabeth | September 16, 2015

      Hi Dean,

      Thanks for your question.

BPAY load times differ depending on when you make the transfer, but usually the money will appear on the same business day if you make it within business hours. If not, it should appear the next business day.

      I hope this has helped.

      Thanks,

      Elizabeth

Hi there iv got nimble debit card I’m just wondering what account do I select when I use the card?? Or at the ATM?? Cheers

      Sally | July 20, 2015

      Hi Simi,

      Thanks for your comment.

You can select either ‘saving’ or ‘credit’ when using your card at an ATM or EFTPOS machine. As the card is a debit card, it will automatically deduct the funds available from your account.

      I hope this has helped.

      Thanks,

      Sally

      Hi Brendon,

You’ve come through to finder.com.au, as a financial comparison service we aren’t able to advise you on any personal account information. You need to get in contact with Nimble immediately to discuss this matter as it may be a fraudulent transaction. You may also want to get in contact with your bank to ask them to not allow any further direct debits from your account by Nimble.

You can take a look at this page for more information on dealing with fraudulent transactions.

      Thanks,

      Elizabeth

Can you get a loan deposited on to a different prepaid Visa card, one that I already have ? Without me having a bank account? I am employed and use prepaid card kind of like bank account.

      Matt | April 22, 2015

      Hi Emily,

Thanks for your comment. The Nimble card is a unique product specific to their company.

Nimble require an Australian bank account for application. If you are approved and the initial funds transferred, you would then be responsible for where you move that money.

      Hope this has helped!

      Cheers
      Matt

      Hi Alaskah,

      Thanks for your question.

If you apply for a Nimble loan and are approved, and request a Nimble VISA Prepaid Card, once you activate it you can transfer to other bank accounts.

      Cheers,
      Shirley
