      Hi Lewis,

Your loan can only be funded and loaded onto the card when you apply. However, you can sign-in to the member’s area to have a prepaid card sent to you and load your funds onto the card yourself. The card should take five to seven days to be sent.

      Hope this helps,

      Elizabeth

      Hi Juane,

You’re able to pay your loan out early but you won’t be able to pay over the phone. You can get in touch with Nimble directly (by phone or on the website) to find out about your early repayment options.

      Hope this helps,

      Elizabeth

I already have an existing small loan with two payments to go, do I qualify to get more money to my Visa account before the first loan is completely paid for? Thanks!

      Hi Helena,

Unfortunately, you can only be approved for a Nimble loan once your existing loan has been repaid in full and the payment has been cleared. Once this happens you can login to the member’s area and apply for another loan.

      Thanks,

      Elizabeth

If i use bpay to load my own money onto card how long before it shows up on card

      Hi Dean,

      Thanks for your question.

BPAY load times differ depending on when you make the transfer, but usually the money will appear on the same business day if you make it within business hours. If not, it should appear the next business day.

      I hope this has helped.

      Thanks,

      Elizabeth
