See all the images of the new Air Max 95 and Blazer Low as they go sustainable in the latest drop from Nike.

Nike is cementing itself as a pioneer for change in the way sneakers are made. The classic Air Max 95 and Blazer Low silhouettes have been re-vamped into the new Plant Color Collection from Nike. The sneakers have been reworked into canvas and coloured with plant-based dyes. This sustainable approach means that we can hopefully see other leading sneaker brands following in Nike's footsteps. Statement sneakers are very on-trend at the moment so to see Nike capitalise in a way that is good for the environment makes us very happy.

From what we can see, each sneaker will have two new colour-ways and we are pretty impressed by the options on offer. For the Air Max 95s, there is a neutral colour palette of off-white and cream but in true Nike style, there are a few pops of colour to make these sneakers look really unique. One colour-way includes pink and brown and the other has red and blue. The Blazer Low sneaker comes in a dusty pink colour-way and then also in a pastel cream colour.

If that's not all, Nike has also recently announced a few other sneaker packs that are sure to impress. Flyleather is one of the most sustainable materials from Nike as it uses recycled fibres. Collaborating with the original work from artist Steve Harrington, Nike dropped the Earth Day pack and the graphics are pretty cool.

Did you think Nike would stop there? Definitely not! The Air VaporMax 2.0 Random uses excess Flyknit yarn from other shoes, that would have gone to landfill, to create an original and one-of-a-kind sneaker. The sportswear giant is proving that there is no playing games when it comes to sustainability.
