A celebration of Kobe Bryant's final championship - find out when and where you can get your hands on these memorial sneakers.

The news of Kobe Bryant's death shocked the world yesterday. Without a doubt, the retired athlete left his mark on the world of NBA, collecting numerous memories and awards.

How will his memory live on? One unique way is through this pair of sneakers.

Sneakers are synonymous with basketball and basketball players. If you're a sneakerhead and a die-hard Kobe fan, you're going to want to get your hands on this memorial pack.

To honour Kobe Bryant, Nike is dropping the iconic Kobe 5 Protro silhouette in a brand new colourway.

The shoe arrives with two different identities, split directly down the middle: the Big Stage Home and the Parade PE. On one side, the black, white and gold print is sprawled across the shoe. On the other side, it's a blank white canvas with debossed patterns embedded into the construction.

When can you get your hands on it? The US release date has been set as the 7 February. These kicks will retail for US$200, so they are on the more expensive side, but they are definitely a collector's item.

You can shop directly from Nike online. Or, you can try your luck at re-sell sites like eBay and StockX.

In the meantime, you can shop other Nike styles from retailers like THE ICONIC, JD Sports, Platypus Shoes and HYPE DC.

This isn't the first time Nike has commemorated Kobe's legacy with sneakers and we doubt it will be the last. Just last year, the sportswear brand released an UNDEFEATED pack, inspired by all the members of Team Kobe.
