Nike Joyride Dual Run sneakers

Get a closer look at the latest silhouette to feature Nike's Joyride technology.

After introducing the innovative Joyride line earlier this year, Nike is now set to expand the collection. Furthering the Joyride's initial mission to provide additional support to runners, the Joyride Dual Run has been engineered to give additional comfort and support whether you're a casual jogger or a running enthusiast.

Release date: 2 December

Price: $190

Where to buy: Nike

The Dual Run line is set to drop globally on 2 December, meaning that you'll be able to shop the sneakers soon from the Australian Nike site. We're also expecting them to drop into usual Nike stockists like JD Sports and Platypus Shoes, so be sure to keep an eye out come early December.

To create the new silhouettes, Nike has kept the original TPE foam beading in the heel and midfoot to absorb impact, but has this time combined it with a more traditional running shoe design. The forefoot of the sneaker is constructed from a soft, responsive foam, helping runners to take off with precision before landing on the cushioned heel.

So far Nike has released a first look at two colourways of the sneaker, with the first arriving in a black mesh upper with a white trim. The monochrome design is contrasted with pops of neon pink on the lace guard and a translucent blue rubber along the lower half of the shoe.

The second iteration arrives in a white mesh upper with a black Nike Swoosh outlined in baby blue. A contrasting neon yellow appears on the lace guard, while the TPE beads are encased in a pink rubber shell.
