New on Netflix, Stan, Prime Video, Foxtel, Disney+, hayu and SBS On Demand in June 2020

With so many great titles hitting streaming this month, you might want to clear your schedule.

There's never been a better time to be a TV junkie or movie buff. Streaming services are vying for your attention left and right, putting together impressive content line-ups to win over new subscribers.

Not only that, but there's a new player on the streaming block. Foxtel's BINGE launched recently and comes with a great library brimming with HBO productions, blockbusters and reality TV. If you feel like giving it a go, a free 14-day trial is available for new customers. BINGE is yet to confirm its June line-up, but we expect it to be almost identical to Foxtel's. We've reached out to BINGE for confirmation.

Without further ado, let's take a look at some titles that might catch your eye in the following weeks.

Netflix is ending two of its popular original shows this month – Fuller House and 13 Reasons Why. To soften the blow, we're also getting a new season of reality hit Queer Eye, so all is right in the world. Plus new instalments of F Is for Family, Dating Around, Mr. Iglesias, Marcella, The Order, The Sinner and The Politician, among others. Plus – surprise! – the first two seasons of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. If you want to revisit the reality hit's early days, there's no time like the present. Though it is worth noting Prime Video will also get seasons 1-8.

As for new shows, keep an eye out for The Woods, adapted from the Harlan Coben novel. The series follows a Warsaw prosecutor whose sister disappeared 25 years ago, but new evidence suggests she might still be alive.

Additionally, the streaming giant is serving up some original movies you don't want to miss. Most notably, there's Spike Lee's Da 5 Bloods, about four African-American Vets who return to Vietnam. Complete your watchlist with heist thriller The Last Days of American Crime and comedy Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga.

Over at Stan, highlights for June include Season 3 of Kevin Costner's drama Yellowstone and Season 5 of RuPaul's Drag Race, which features fan-favourite queens from past instalments of the reality hit. We highly recommend you tune in for The Other Two, a delightful comedy about two siblings trying to deal with the fact that their young brother has become a pop sensation overnight. It drops on 18 June.

Foxtel is offering a new season of hit comedy What We Do in the Shadows, which only gets better with time. We're also getting new instalments of Siren, Teen Mom UK, Below Deck Mediterranean and Million Dollar Listing LA. The last two will also be streaming on reality TV platform hayu.

Meanwhile, SBS On Demand drops Season 2 of international historical drama Das Boot and Season 5 of French espionage series The Bureau. Titus Welliver returns as homicide detective Harry Bosch, with Bosch Season 6 scheduled to arrive on the platform on 1 June. More into docu-series? Get ready for Season 3 of Filthy Rich & Homeless, which follows five high-profile Australians who swap their privileged lifestyles for 10 days of being homeless.

Finally, Prime Video is treating us to all seasons of Packed to the Rafters, as well as 13 seasons of cult comedy It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia.

It's a good month for laughs – the service is also premiering LOL: Last One Laughing, a first-of-its-kind comedy experiment that brings 10 comedians together with one goal: make each other laugh. The show is hosted by Rebel Wilson and comedians include Dilruk Jayasinha, Joel Creasey, Ed Kavalee and Sam Simmons.

As for movies, we recommend tuning in for critically acclaimed family drama The Farewell and thriller 7500.
