Just opened: Mantra Hotel, Sydney
As the latest airport hotel, Mantra boasts 136-rooms for business and leisure travellers with views of the airport runways.
The on-site restaurant and bar serve locally sourced ingredients and complimentary Wi-Fi is available in public areas.

Just opened: Hyatt Centric Guatemala City, Guatemala City
This is the first hotel of the Hyatt Centric brand to open in Central America. It made its debut in the heart of the city in the upscale commercial area of Zona Viva.
The hotel features 138-rooms, a bar and is located close to the city’s main attractions. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Just opened: DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay
The 10th Hilton property in Dubai can be found in Bay Square in downtown Dubai. It's a chic, modern and slightly quirky home not minutes from top tourist attractions like Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera.
A complimentary shuttle service to top landmarks is available, as is complimentary Wi-Fi for guests.
The hotel features a 24-hour lounge, outdoor pool, 24-hour fitness centre and sauna and steam rooms.

Opening soon: Cachet Boutique NYC, New York City
Cachet Hospitality Group is opening its first New York hotel later this year in midtown Manhattan. The hotel will combine designs from the east and the west to create a unique hotel that is very NYC.
Cachet Boutique NYC will feature 105-rooms and villas, two restaurants and a Playboy Club.
This hotel is working hard to stand out with discreet gardens for outdoor yoga and many more, yet-to-be-revealed programs for guests.

Opening Soon: citizenM Paris Gare de Lyon, Paris
Gare de Lyon is the third citizenM hotel to open in Paris and is set in an up-and-coming district along the Seine, arrondissement de Reuilly.
It will feature 338-rooms and follows the theme of affordable luxury. Each room is decorated with a king-sized bed and rain shower.
Gare de Lyon will also be home to a restaurant and a bar with panoramic views of the city.

Opening soon: Travelodge Hotel Sydney Airport, Sydney
Travelodge Hotels has announced plans to open a new hotel at Sydney Airport to meet the increasing demand of leisure and business travellers coming into the city.
The hotel will be located only 500-metres from the terminal entrance and feature 209-rooms with all-day dining and a late-night bar.

Swissotel Gold Coast Hope Island Resort to be second Swissotel offering in Australia
AccorHotels has announced plans to open a new-build luxury Swissotel in the Gold Coast. The hotel, which is penned to open in 2019, will be located in the 18-hole Links Hope Island Golf Resort precinct and feature 150-rooms, some of which will overlook the 18th hole. Other features include a spa and wellness centre, pool and yoga facilities.
Knight’s Inn brand eyes Australia
The Knight’s Inn brand provides affordable accommodation and is widely popular in North America. It has been expanding rapidly in New Zealand and is looking to bring new hotels to Australia next. There’s no word yet where the first development will be.
Mantra Group merges its properties
The Manta Group has taken all of its properties under one name, Mantra Hotels. Peppers, Mantra and Breakfree will now all be accessible on a single website. The rebranding is to help show the brand’s holistic approach and its commitment to traveller’s needs.
