Witness nature at its most fearsome in Netflix’s new docuseries Fire Chasers

The series offers haunting insight into the lethality of Californian wildfires.

Netflix has today revealed the latest documentary series coming to the streaming service. Titled Fire Chasers, the series offers a chilling look at the firefighters who have to fend off California's powerful wildfires on a daily basis.

Exploring the personal stories of both the victims of the deadly infernos and the men and women who risk their lives to save them, Fire Chasers promises to capture just how devastating and destructive wildfires can be.

Fire Chasers comes from the creators of the fishing documentary series Deadliest Catch. Its first season will hit Netflix on 8 September.

Netflix is on a run of new announcements lately, renewing its crime drama Ozark for a second season and securing the Dustin Hoffman and Ben Stiller comedy flick The Meyerowitz Stories.
