The ladies of Litchfield prison return on 17 June for the fourth season of Orange Is The New Black.

When Orange Is The New Black concluded its third season, it did so with numerous cliffhangers, including the rapid expansion of Litchfield Prison bringing in new inmates, potentially new characters and a whole heaping load of potential problems for the existing inmates.

Netflix’s latest trailer doesn’t give too much away that you couldn’t have already guessed would happen based on previous events, with the same darkly comedic tone balanced against some hard dramatic moments. Also the excellent Kate Mulgrew as Red. How can you not love Red? Orange Is The New Black is as always, a series for adults to watch. Was that not obvious from the prison setting?

As usual, Netflix will debut the entire season in one hit on 17 June, so set your binge-watching schedule accordingly. Due to existing rights deals struck before Netflix had officially launched in Australia, it will also appear on Foxtel’s Showcase at the exact same time, as it’s one of only two "Netflix Originals" series (the Kevin Spacey-led House Of Cards being the other) that Foxtel holds some broadcast rights to.
