At the end of the introductory period, any remaining balance from your transfer will attract the cash advance interest rate. Please note that minimum payments are still required.

You'll also receive Australian passport and embassy assistance and a temporary mobile block if your phone is stolen.

If you need emergency assistance when travelling, you can contact Visa Global Customer Assistance Services. Verified by Visa also ensures that you have a safe online shopping experience.

      Hello Carolyn,

Thank you for your inquiry. Since you are already on the NAB Premium card page, please know that this type of credit card only accepts balance transfer from another Australian credit card and not from a personal loan.

If you wish to do a balance transfer and consolidate a personal loan along with it, you may check this page. This guide also covers the steps you need to take to transfer your personal loan debt to a credit card and the key factors to consider so you can find the right card to pay off your debt.

Hope this helps. Should you have further questions or clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

      Best Regards,
      Robyn

    Hi there,

i currently hold a NAB platinum credit card. Does holding another credit card with NAB affect your status as a “new customer” for this premium card?

Just want to make sure i qualify for the balance transfer deal. (i know you cant Balance transfer between NAB credit cards but i want to transfer from a different bank)

      AlannaFebruary 19, 2018Staff

      Hi Jon,

The NAB Premium Card – Exclusive Offer is for applicants of a “new personal NAB Premium Card”, so the fact that you have a current NAB Low Rate or Rewards Platinum credit card will not affect your status as a “new customer”. However, the best course of action would be to call NAB to ensure your eligibility for the balance transfer deal specifically.

      Thank you

      Hi Guy,

I hope you are doing fine today. Thanks for your question.

No, it isn’t possible. Please note that you can only transfer debts from cards that have not been issued by NAB. In addition, the cards should be a non-NAB credit card or store card.

You may also see this information on the page you’re viewing. Kindly scroll down until you would see the sub-topic “Balance transfer information” under “Information and documents you need.” You may also read this page for reference.

Hi, how many cards can I balance transfer to the NAB card?

    • Staff
      JudithNovember 28, 2017Staff

      Hi CC,

I hope all is well with you today. Thanks for your question.

You can transfer debt from up to two non-NAB credit card accounts to a new NAB credit card as long as the combined total debt won’t exceed 90% of your approved credit limit. Note that balance transfer requests are subject to NAB’s lending criteria and approval.

You may find the said information on this page.

Please take time to review the relevant information as well as the Product Disclosure Information / Terms & Conditions for you to be able to make a sound decision and choose the one that suits your needs.

      I hope this helps.

      Cheers,
      Judith

We would like to apply for the NAB premium card however they haven’t provided a minimum repayment. Is there a minimum monthly repayment on this card with a balance transfer and if so what is the %?

    • Default Gravatar
      JonathanNovember 7, 2017

      Hi Katie,

Thank you for your inquiry. Standard computation for the minimum monthly payment is $25 or 2% of the closing balance, whichever is greater.

It is worth noting that if you are on a balance transfer program, you may consider paying off the balance transfer in full before your promotion expires, to avoid attracting cash advance rates for the remaining unpaid balance.

You can review NAB Credit Cards Terms and Conditions • General explanatory information • Information statement effective 07.11.2016 for more details about the payment required computation and/or talk to a consultant.

      Hope this helps.

      Cheers,
      Jonathan
