    Hi there,

I am currently on a career break with the prospect of returning to work late January/early February 2019 but still receiving income via other sources. So I am technically not employed – can I still apply for this offer?

      Hi Ange,

Thank you for getting in touch with finder.

Please note that credit card issuers set their own lending criteria. I also suggest that you contact NAB directly to know your chances of being approved.

      I hope this helps.

Thank you and have a wonderful day!

      Hello David,

      Thank you for your comment.

Yes, you can transfer a balance from non-NAB card to NAB. You can’t transfer a balance from one NAB account to another. You may refer to our page on which banks you can balance transfer to.

      Hello Mark,

      Thank you for your comment.

Yes, you can consolidate your credit card balances from different providers and transfer it to the NAB Low Fee Platinum Card. This is for as long as the total balance will not exceed 90% of the approved credit limit of the new card.

I have applied for NAB credit card through your website and wish to apply for 25 months balance transfer at 0%. I have completed the application but not asked any option to do a balance transfer from new NAB card to my existing credit card. In fact, I was asked in the application if I wish to do a balance transfer from my existing credit card to new NAB card, which I didn’t select. How do I ensure I get 0% balance transfer benefit for 25 months?

      Hello Ankit,

      Thank you for your comment.

Generally, the balance transfer is the process of transferring your balance (debt) from your current credit card to the new one. As for the NAB Low Fee Platinum Card – Exclusive Offer, you get to enjoy the introductory offer of 0% p.a. interest on balance transfers for the first 25 months and with no balance transfer fee, if you apply through finder.com.au by 16 December 2018 and request a balance transfer at the time of your application.

So this explains why you’re asked to transfer your balance from your existing credit card to the new NAB card. As long as you meet the conditions of the offer, you’re sure to get the benefit of it. You can go ahead and contact NAB if you want to continue with the application process.

Please read our balance transfer guide to get ideas on how it work.
