Hi! There are number of users who have complained that they are not able to withdraw their crypto and money from myCryptoWallet including myself and no one is replying back through their support. Seems like this is a scam website as they still let you deposit money but couldn’t let you withdraw money at all. Could you please help us and try to figure out.

      Hi Vin,

Thank you for reaching out to Finder.

I’m sorry to hear that you were not being attended by myCryptoWallet’s support team. Just a gentle reminder that we do not represent myCryptoWallet, we’re a financial comparison website but happy to provide general information.

As per myCryptoWallet’s FAQs, you need to allow up to 3 full business days for first time withdrawals to your nominated bank account, depending on the bank institution, it can clear sooner. They also noted that they are subject to bank transfer time frames. Your withdrawal will not land on a weekend or a public holiday. Withdrawals made on the weekend will not be processed until business day and withdrawals are processed every second business day at the end of business.

If you are still unable to withdraw your money after the said time frames and no support is being received, you can opt to take your complaint further by going to ACCC.

      Hope this helps! 😊

      Kind Regards,
