Mr. Robot SPOILERS: Where does the QR code in Elliot’s journal lead?

Keen-eyed observers would have caught a glimpse of a QR code in Elliot's journal during the season premiere of Mr. Robot. Here's where it leads.

Season 2 of Mr. Robot is off to a predictably mysterious start considering the crazy final moments of season 1. However, one of the biggest mysteries episode one held was a QR code that flashed on the screen as Elliot was flicking through his journal.

I snapped the photo above in attempt to follow the trail using a QR reader. I failed to get the code to trigger a URL. However, some dedicated redditors, like calculatesrandomshit, have taken the task of reconstructing the QR code upon themselves and we now know where the rabbit hole leads. It's a very 90s GeoCities website called Confictura Industries.
