Daily deals website Groupon is no stranger to the travel deals game – and right now it's got a winner that can save you a matzah on your next Qatar Airways flight to Europe, USA and Africa. All you have to do is buy a promo code from it.

The hack
Put down $3 to purchase this Qatar Airways deal from Groupon and you'll receive a unique code for 15% off economy seats on your next flight with the 5-star airline.
Once purchased, head to the official Qatar Airways site to key in your flight details and apply your promo code in the designated field. Hit "Search Flight" and your discounted flights will appear on the next page for you to browse and book.
Want to fly business? You can do that for a discount too, though it'll cost you a bit more. $2 more to be exact. Simply opt for a business class coupon when purchasing your code to receive it.
To be eligible for your discount, there are a few things to consider. First off, your flight needs to be booked by 22 October, though travel can be taken anywhere between 15 September 2017 and 31 August 2018.
Departures are available from Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide and Auckland. Flights from Canberra are also available to book for travel from 13 February after first services commence.
There's a limit of one voucher per booking but there's no limit on the number of people on a booking, so all passengers travelling together stand to benefit. There's also no restriction over how many vouchers you can purchase. So, if you're considering travelling numerous times before 31 August, purchase as many vouchers as required.
As the discount only applies to the base airfare you'll still have to pay full-price for any taxes or surcharges that come standard with your flight. On the upside, select promotional fares as well as regular fares are eligible for this extra discount so you could stand to save a bundle. I tested it on the current Qatar Airways Europe sale and brought a $1,021.63 return flight from Perth to Istanbul down to $968.63 including taxes and surcharges. All for the price of three shiny gold coins.
