Molly's #1 tip for staying in and staying fit?

"Have fun during this time. It's probably the only time we're going to get to try different classes from around the world, so enjoy! Try different styles of training and just have fun. Choose early morning workout classes and then go to bed early the night before. Make sure you go to bed early, it's going to be so tempting to stay up until 3am but you're not going to make that 8am live if you do."
