Using the “Check availability” box on the Medina website, select the city and hotel from the drop-down menu. Enter your travel details, then follow the prompts to search, book and confirm your stay. You will need to enter your credit or debit card details to verify your reservation.

What is the Medina cancellation policy?
Late cancellations and no shows will result in a cancellation fee equal to the first night of your stay.
If you have made a booking online and verified it with your credit or debit card you are able to cancel your reservation without penalty up to 2pm on the day before your planned arrival date.
