Playful, summery and joyous, We Are Kindred's resort '20 collection was a delight.

We Are Kindred's resort '20 collection called Boheme Heart showed at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Australia on 14 May 2019.

Soft, detailed and dreamy, the Boheme Heart collection is a joyful celebration of summer and femininity. We saw the draping and floral prints we've come to expect from this designer, but we also saw a few new additions. Soft paisley prints, western-styled playsuits and even a brocade coat were just a few of the unexpected pieces that had the crowd pleasantly surprised.

The colour palette of baby blue and soft yellow, with a few black and white pieces thrown in the mix was quintessentially We Are Kindred. And perfect for any carefree, breezy girl in search of an endless summer.

"Boheme Heart is a particularly special collection for us and really speaks to why we started We Are Kindred. The brand is, at its heart, a celebration of love and harmony and designed to empower and celebrate everyday femininity, warmth and sensuality of women. We are excited to present this collection at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia," says Georgie Renkert, Co-Founder and Designer of We Are Kindred.

Pieces we loved

What's particularly special about this collection is how unique and yet still totally wearable the Boheme Heart pieces are. Our favourites were the striking yet practical coord sets that We Are Kindred does so well. A blue and black floral printed set, a clean white set and an off-the-shoulder yellow printed set were among the standouts.

Who was in the front row?

The front row of the Boheme Heart show was filled with fashion influencers. Notably we saw high-fashion blogger Carmen Hamilton in a stunning tigerprint dress. Aussie darling, Samantha Jade was also sitting in the front row in a pretty black number.

Other well known names include Laura Jade Stone, Sammy Robinson and Jadé Tuncdoruk.
