Witness the Queen of Pop in the flesh on her Rebel Heart tour

23 years since her last visit down under, the Queen of Pop has returned to Australia for her Rebel Heart tour. With the Melbourne shows done and dusted, Sydney and Brisbane (or fans who missed out in Melbourne) still have a chance to snag tickets. While tickets aren’t completely sold out for both shows, it’s slim pickings and you’re probably better off finding some cheaper options on resale sites.

How can I get there?

Located at Allphones Arena at Sydney Olympic Park, there are plenty of travel options available.

  • Parking. There are over 4,000 onsite car parks and you’ll be charged $15.00 per visit.
  • Train. Translink operates a rail service to and from Boondall station everyday, which is a short 600 metre walk from the venue.
  • Bus. You can get a Brisbane City Council Bus to and from Boondall Railway Station every day. Check the Translink website for bus and train timetables.
  • Taxi. There is a dedicated taxi rank located on site adjacent to the main Courtyard area.

As you can see, there is much variation when it comes to ticket prices depending on the date, location and the individual seller. While eBay and Gumtree ticket sales tend to be cheaper, they don’t have the same security as if you were to purchase tickets on Ticketek or viagogo.

How can I get there?

Located at Allphones Arena at Sydney Olympic Park, there are plenty of travel options available.

  • Parking. There are a few parking options at Sydney Olympic Park. The P1 car park is the closest to Allphones Arena and can accommodate over 3,300 cars. All other onsite car parks are located within a 10 minute walk. If you want to pre-book your parking spot, you can call Ticketek on 132 849 or visit the Ticketek website.
  • Trains. Sydney Trains services run every 10 minutes between Lidcombe and Olympic Park stations. Olympic Park Station is located on Olympic Boulevard, which is a 5 minute walk from Allphones Arena.
  • Bus. Sydney Buses also operate on a daily basis to and from Sydney Olympic Park. See the Sydney Buses website for timetable information.
  • Ferry. You can get a Sydney Ferry to and from Sydney Olympic Park (or Homebush Bay Ferry Wharf). The terminal allows Rivercats to connect the Sydney Olympic Park precinct to the Parramatta CBD and the Sydney CBD. You can catch the Sydney Bus Route 526 from the wharf to the Sydney Olympic Park precinct to Allphones Arena.
  • Taxi. There is a dedicated taxi rank located on Edwin Flack Avenue adjacent to the Northern Foyer Entry to Allphone Arena.

Food and drink

Allphones Arena offers a variety of options when it comes to food and beverages before the show. You can wine and dine at the Boulevarde Cafe and Terrace, the Club Cafe and Bar or the Club Grill. There are also 11 bars scattered around the venue, so you won’t be strapped for choice if you want to have a drink or two before the show.
