MAC JEREMY SCOTT LEAD

Bust out your mixtapes, because the MAC x Jeremy Scott collection is giving us major throwback vibes.

If you've been sitting back thinking, "I need a bit more 90s in my life", you're in luck. This collaboration from acclaimed designer Jeremy Scott and cosmetics powerhouse MAC Cosmetics is a vivid, exciting match up that will see you rocking bold looks from here to Sunday.

Harking back to the 90s, the limited edition collab is themed around mixtapes, especially with boombox-style designs and musical shade names. The products include a 29-shade eyeshadow palette (shaped like a boombox, naturally), nine lipstick shades and three cheek products.

Though the colours are the real stars, the names definitely deserve some attention too. The names of the lipsticks include: Living in Stereo, Violetta, Wild Memories, Breathing Fire, Night Club School, Carmine Rouge, Digging It, Morange and Happy Song. There's one bronzer (Acoustica), a highlight (Heaven In Your Smile) and a blush (Wall of Desire) on offer too.

Brace yourself for all 29 rocking shades from the eyeshadow palette in various consistencies, including: Lo-Fi, Creative Copper, Bite the Beat, Endless Frequency, Disco Therapy, Superior Sound, Happy Song, Bird's Eye View, Walking Heartbeats, Vacation Speed Zone, Ghost Story, Morning Ticket, US Dance Remix, Subtly Elegant, Bonus Track, Beautifully Charred, Raven Eyed, Video Emotions, Memories of Space, Remixology, Beatallica, Syntheseyes, Oldie but Goodie, Powerful Performance, At the Turntable, Electric Eel, She's A Machine, Jam Session and New Wave Mix.

With satins, shimmers, mattes and more, there's definitely a shade for everyone in this collection.

Where and when can you buy the MAC x Jeremy Scott collection?

If you're craving some creative, musical action but are worried about the wait, never fear! The MAC Cosmetics x Jeremy Scott collection is dropping in the US on 8 February, and although there hasn't been an official release date for Australia, it usually doesn't take long to arrive on our shores.

We're guessing you'll be able to get your hands on it soon at your local MAC counter, in David Jones, Myer, MECCA or even standalone MAC stores. And don't forget to check out your online options for all those stores!
