What is the London Theatre Direct cancellation policy?
During the booking process you will have a chance to select booking protection for a small fee, or to purchase a non-refundable ticket. Tickets with booking protection can be changed or transferred to another name. No bookings can be cancelled altogether unless you agree to forfeit the fare.
