Sharks vs Panthers is a juicy match-up of two teams in excellent form. Since Cronulla suffered an upset loss to the previously winless Dragons back in round five, they have reeled off impressive wins over the Bulldogs, Manly and Gold Coast to jump into the top eight.

Penrith have been one of the best-performing teams all season long. They are also riding a three-game winning streak and are breathing down Parramatta's necks atop the ladder. We could be set for a classic in this one.

Who will win Sharks vs Panthers?

After a rocky start to the season, Cronulla are showing decent form under coach John Morris. If they can knock off the Panthers, fans will really sit up and take notice. But we think Penrith are playing just a little better at this stage of the season and might scrape home in a close one.
