Experience the Land of the Midnight Sun during the summer.

There's more to Finland than the Northern Lights and with these last-minute flights, you can experience summer in this almost alien landscape.

During the summer, the sun doesn't set at all in the north of the country, but you can still attempt to sleep in your own glass igloo. Or imagine going for a ski in the middle of the night with the sun shining down on you.

If this sounds like your kind of adventure, then we suggest getting on to these flights because they won’t last long.

You can find flights to Helsinki with British Airways from Melbourne from $729, Brisbane from $745, Sydney from $759, Perth or Adelaide from $775 and Canberra from $815.

Travel dates are through 25 November and fares are available until 11 June unless sold out prior.

To book, head to STA Travel and get ready for your next out-there adventure.

How good are these fares?

So, you might remember that just two weeks ago we found prices to Helsinki from $648 return.

To be fair, though, we achieved those prices by using a coupon code to bring the price down from $728.

Looking at it that way, these prices are still among the lowest we’ve seen to Finland and a good deal if you’ve been craving a last-minute adventure.
