Get the Kylie Jenner makeup look

Kylie Jenner stunned this week when she attended Cosmopolitan Magazine’s 50th Birthday Party. As is the usual for the reality star, her makeup was on point. The look was created by makeup artist, Ariel Tejada, a favourite of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters.

Eye Shadow

Kylie’s shimmery, smoky eye was created by taking a charcoal-brown shadow all the way over the mobile lid, up into the crease and under the eye. A little bit of shimmery gold was then blended over the top. Finally the eye was softly lined with a black shadow. The black shadow was kept very close to the lash line and was not winged out.

This Face of Australia Colour Max Eyeshadow Palette in Nude has every colour you’ll need for this look.

Bourjois mascara push up ultra black edition

Contour and Highlighter

Kardashian-Jenners are famous for their contouring, so it wouldn’t be a Kylie Jenner makeup look without adding a contour shade and a highlighter. This Contour Collection Palette by Models Prefer has both the contour and highlight shades.

Add your contour first by making a fish face and placing the colour in the hollows of your cheeks. Blend the colour out until it’s barely visible. Then add a lighter shade to the tops of your cheekbones and a little on the apple of your cheek. Kylie also has a small amount of highlight down her nose, under her eyebrows and a very small amount in the middle of her forehead.

Bourjois Blush in Rose Dor

Add a swipe of pink blush just under the apple of the cheeks to get Kylie’s flush. Try this one from Bourjois, Rose Dor.

Bourjois Concealer Stick

Conceal your under-eyes and go over any eye shadow mistakes with a concealer. This Correcting Concealer from Bourjois is made from a creamy blendable formula which is perfect for this look.

Rimmel Liner in Natural

Lip Colour

Finally, Kylie does her famous lips by simply colouring them in with a liner. This leaves a pouty, matte finish that stays in place for hours. Try this 1000 Kisses Stay On Lip Liner in Natural from Rimmel.
