Kogan Mobile is now offering 12GB of data for only $4.90
Kogan Mobile's latest price blitz is seriously good value.
Kogan Mobile has long played in the highly affordable mobile space, offering 4G coverage on the Vodafone network. Its long expiry 365 day plans are a good fit if you’re after a solid quantity of fixed data per month with no risk of going over quota, but for a very limited time the company has slashed prices on its 30 day expiry plans for new customers only.
Until November 14, if you sign up for a Kogan Mobile 30 day service, you’ll pay only $4.90, irrespective of tier. That cuts the small plan price down from $16.90 to $4.90, the Medium plan price down from $29.90 to $4.90, the large plan price down from $36.90 to $4.90 and the Extra Large plan down from $49.90 to (you guessed it) $4.90. That Extra Large plan comes with 14GB of data, which results in a price per GB of just over 40c. Right now, there simply isn’t a better deal on the market.
So what’s the catch? It’s for 30 day recharges only, and Vodafone’s 4G network isn’t the fastest in the country, so it would be wise to check your expected coverage on that network. It’s also only available to new Kogan Mobile customers only, so if you’re an existing customer you’re still looking at the full price recharge scheme for the next month. The deals apply until 11:59pm on 14 November 2016, and are valid for the company’s 30 day plans only.
