Kogan Mobile cuts 90 and 365 day plan prices

Pay upfront and save up to 40% off your mobile plan costs.

We’re in the middle of something of a mobile price war, with carriers cutting prepaid plan costs left, right and centre. Kogan Mobile is the latest MVNO to step up to the price chopping block, announcing a promotion that will see cuts of up to 40% off its 90 and 365 day plan pricing.

Kogan Mobile operates all of its plans on a strictly prepaid basis, but it does offer longer-term plans for those happy to lay down more cash upfront in return for lower per-month pricing. That’s a little different to most long expiry plans, which typically give you a value quota to use as quickly or slowly as you’d like. So with Kogan Mobile’s plans, you get the specified data quota to use each 30 day period of the plan, plus unlimited standard national calls and texts. Kogan operates on Vodafone's nationwide 4G network.

On the 90 day front, here’s how the promotional pricing compares:

Extra Large 90 Day14GB$139.90$111.91-25.01%

If you’re happy to pay for a year’s worth of service upfront the savings are more significant.
Here’s how the 365 day pricing compares:

The new discounts on 90 day and 365 day plans are available to new and existing customers who sign up by 31 July 2017. If you’re unsure about Kogan Mobile, it’s still running a promotional offer for its 30-day plans that sees pricing across the board drop to $4.90 for any plan although you’ll need to be quick to take advantage of that offer, as it expires on 31 May 2017.
