Why isn't my Kayo voucher code working?
There's a few reasons why your voucher code didn't work. It can range from simply entering a character wrong to not meeting Kayos terms and conditions. The full list includes:
- You're already an existing Kayo customer - Sign up promotions are for new customers only.
- The code was entered incorrectly - voucher codes are case sensitive, double check that your characters match.
- The voucher is no longer valid - voucher codes have expiration dates. Alternatively, voucher codes are single use and you've used that specific code before.
- You're only registered for Kayo Freebies - you must hit the link to upgrade to a full Kayo account to redeem voucher codes.
