Can I shop in-store at Kathmandu on Black Friday?

You most certainly can. However, expect stores to be overcrowded, car parks difficult to navigate and checkout queues longer than you've witnessed before. In-store shopping is great if you adore the hustle and bustle of the sales, but it's not fun for all.

If you'd rather steer clear of the in-store experience altogether this year, don't worry. Kathmandu has a great online shopping portal where you'll be able to peruse and purchase the deals you want at your own pace. Grant yourself a stress-free shopping spree in the 2020 event.

What time can I start shopping?

As Black Friday fast approaches, Kathmandu is already getting into the swing of the sales. Right now you can pick up some great multi-buy discounts and freebies with select products too. However, all the very biggest and best Black Friday discounts are lined up and ready to land as soon as the clocks strike the stroke of midnight announcing the departure of Thursday evening and the arrival of Black Friday morning.

If you're shopping in-store you will have to wait until your local Kathmandu opens its doors on Black Friday morning to take part in its sale event. If you are planning an in-store shopping spree this year, it's a wise idea to double-check the opening times before Black Friday arrives. A lot of popular retailers will be offering extended shopping hours during this year's event.

What will be on sale during the Kathmandu Black Friday sale?

With the official details of what discounts Black Friday will bring this year still under lock and key, we're left speculating. A little research has uncovered that in previous sale events, Kathmandu has slashed prices on products by up to 70%. While we can't say for sure what will happen when Black Friday arrives, we're expecting to see something similarly spectacular in this year's event too.

Kathmandu delivery details

Free standard delivery is available for all online orders over $100 and for orders below this amount, a flat-rate shipping charge of $10 will be added to your basket at checkout. Shipping is expected to take two to seven working days from dispatch depending on whereabouts in Australia you are situated.

If you prefer, a convenient click and collect service is available too. This allows you to place your order online and collect your product/s from your local store at a time that suits you. When selecting this service no additional fees apply and your order will be ready for collection within three to seven working days.

Returns, exchanges and refunds for Kathmandu

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt as long as the items are in their original condition with any tags and manufacturer-provided packaging is intact. Returns can be processed free of charge in-store or sent back via post at your own cost.
