Time for guessing what's inside Kat Von D's lil' baby alchemist product!

Kat Von D is seriously testing us. First, we get a cheeky sneak peek at the new Metal Crush highlighter palette and then teased with a potential red inspired palette. Now, all bets are off because apparently, we weren't in enough angst already.

Kat Von D gave us a glimpse of its new baby. Quite literally.

The alchemist highlighter palette was a massive hit, perfect for layering and blending to experiment with different makeup effects and now it's getting a little sister. The packaging features a product three time smaller than the original alchemist and features a lower case 'a' on the front compared to the original upper case 'A'.

While this is all we know for now, unfortunately, we are getting excited just thinking about it! It could potentially be a mini Alchemist Holographic Palette, or a single shade highlighter that joins all the shades from the original palette into one gorgeous rainbow highlighter. Whatever it is, we want it and we want it now! The original alchemist palette contained four pink, purple, blue and green toned holographic highlighting shades. The palette was the first of its kind, packed with 360° refractive pearls, dipped in a prismatic coating, to deliver twice the transforming power. If this new product's big sister is anything to go on, it's sure to be good!

Until then we will just have to fawn over the available Kat Von D products currently in stock at Sephora.
