We think $49 one way Jetstar fares might just be the trick to starting off your weekend on the right note.The cheapest fares are taking flight from Newcastle-Port Stephens to the Gold Coast and Brisbane to Newcastle.
Arriving just in time for Valentine's Day, the travel dates run between 14 February and 30 March 2021.
The fares don't stop there:
- Melbourne to Adelaide from $55 each way
- Gold Coast to Melbourne from $69 each way
- Cairns to Brisbane from $79 each way
- Adelaide to Perth from $109 each way

How good are these fares?
- Price: Okay. We won't sugar coat it, these prices do save you money but the last sale from Jetstar sat at a lower benchmark of $35 each way. However, this offer still has fares for under $100 return.
- Airline: Good. Jetstar is a low-cost airline. This means that checked baggage, in-flight meals and entertainment aren't included in your tickets but can be added for an extra fee.
- Travel time: Great. Forget connection times with direct flights across the sale.
- Weather: Great. Check out the incredible wine region of the Adelaide Hills by booking in March. This is when the summer temperatures become more comfortable and events are hosted across the city.
