With Bali now open to international tourists, Jetstar has been quick on the mark to resume its flights to Bali.

The first services take off on 14 March and to get you excited (not that you aren't already), the low-cost carrier is celebrating with a massive Friday Fare Frenzy sale.

Or as Jetstar calls it, an Un-Bali-vable Fare Frenzy sale.

Flights start from an irresistible $99 each way. These take off from Adelaide, Cairns and Perth.

The rest of the sale fares are pretty on the mark as well:

Trips at these prices are available from May to December, excluding peak periods such as school holidays.

  • Have you booked your flights? You only have 1 day to do it! Be quick and head to Kayak to score these prices for your ideal travel dates.

How good are these fares?

In a word, they're un-Bali-vable. Prior to pausing services to Bali due in 2020, $99 was the lowest Jetstar would drop fares to the island destination. But usually you'd see the airline only fly out of Perth for this price.

Now the airline is making it even more affordable for the rest of the country to visit Bali with other major cities revelling in fares this cheap.

Compared to other airlines, there's no competition. Virgin Australia currently has Lite fares from $328.60 each way for a Sydney-Bali trip in May. At $125 for a similar trip, you're saving over 60%.

This Jetstar sale is on until 11:59pm AEDT Friday 4 March 2022, unless sold out prior.

These fares at a glance

  • Good flexibility: Jetstar offers a FareCredit option that lets you cancel your flight for a credit voucher to use up to 3 years late. This is for an extra cost.
  • Good airline: Jetstar is a budget carrier, though it's considered the best in the Asia-Pacific by Airline Ratings. Its starter fare includes your seat only, although you can add checked luggage, seat selection, meals and other extras for a fee.
  • Great travel time: All flights are direct.
  • Great weather: We reckon April to October is the best time to travel to Bali as it's the dry season, making it the perfect time to hit those beaches.
