Jetstar has officially bowled us over with gobsmackingly low fares to Ho Cho Minh City from Australia's capitals with return flights starting from an unbelievable $83.

Yes, $83.

You'll have to depart from Darwin to snap up these prices, but if you're departing from any other Aussie capital, you won't be stung with extortionate fares either. Here are the starting prices on sale now from other cities:

  • Perth to Ho Chi Minh City... from $109 return
  • Sydney to Ho Chi Minh City... from $283 return
  • Melbourne to Ho Chi Minh City... from $306 return
  • Adelaide to Ho Chi Minh City... from $420 return
  • Brisbane to Ho Chi Minh City... from $425 return

If you're sold, you can book flights through I Want That Flight now here.

For more details, read on.

These flights are on select dates from late October 2017 to March 2018, which is a mixture of rainy and dry seasons. If you'd prefer to skip the possible downpour on your holiday, it's better to book dates in February and March when the skies remain relatively clear.

These fares aren't part of any particular sale, but at these prices, they're not likely to remain around for long - especially since the last time we saw cheap Jetstar fares they were going for nearly $200 return from Darwin.

As Jetstar is a low-cost carrier, these fares don't include checked-in luggage or on-board meals, however these can be purchased for a fee.
