Pennywise plans keep a few more dollars in your pocket for the festive season.

’Tis the season to be jolly, and all that, but as you’re probably aware, jolly all too often costs money. Handily, companies often cut prices around Christmas time to try to attract your buying dollar.

Jeenee Mobile has done just that, permanently dropping the price of its $45 Pennywise Unlimited plan to $40. That’s a plan with unlimited standard national calls and texts, $300 worth of international calling value and 10GB of data on Optus’ 4G network, which makes it very competitive in the postpaid month-to-month plan space.

To further sweeten matters, both the now $40 Pennywise Unlimited plan and its slightly smaller sibling, the $35 Pennywise Unlimited plan will get a further $5 price cut for the first 3 months of your plan. So for that 3 month span, you'll only pay either $35 for the 10GB plan, or $30 for the 8GB plan.

They’re both month-to-month plans, with the discount applying for a 3-month period as long as you sign up before 31 January 2017. If you want to look at more plans in the space, check out our full guide to SIM-only no-contract plans.
