Flights to Dublin flying 5-star have just dropped below the $1,000 return mark and naturally, we're singing its praises.

The catch? These are last minute fares only departing as soon as tomorrow and returning by 30 November 2017. This means you won't be able to stay for Christmas though you will be able to experience a touch of Christmas spirit before you return home.

Flights taking off from Perth and Adelaide are the cheapest, starting at $999 return. Other fares include Melbourne-Dublin from $1,029, Sydney-Dublin from $1,039 return and Canberra-Dublin from $1,049 return.

All up you're looking at fantastic fares as flights to Dublin in general don't tend to drop lower than $1,000 often.

Qatar Airways is also one of the most luxurious airlines you could treat yourself to, being the world's top airline with all boarding passes including checked luggage and in-flight meals and entertainment.

Tickets are on sale until 31 October 2017 through STA Travel.
