iphone seApple's compact iPhone SE is now available for pre-order worldwide. Here's where you can order from in Australia and how much you can pick it up for.

Announced just two days ago at the Apple Event, the iPhone SE is now available for pre-order through Apple's online store. The iPhone SE is available in four colours; Gold, Silver, Space Gold and Rose Gold, and is available in 16GB and 64GB.

How much does the iPhone SE cost in Australia?

You can pick up the Apple iPhone SE 16GB for $679.00 and the 64GB for $829.00. Alternatively, Apple offers the option to finance your handset purchase through a GEmoney credit line at 0% interest for 12 months. This requires a monthly payment of $61.53 for the 16GB model and $74.03 for the 64GB model to pay off the handset in 12 months and to avoid accumulating interest.

We'll also update our mobile plan comparison engine as soon as Australian telcos announce plans for iPhone SE contracts.
