What is Humble Bundle?

Humble Bundle is a third-party marketplace primarily focused on video games that also offers discounts on books, comics and other digital media. You can purchase items on the platform in the form of bundles and store items.

What is Humble Bundle Monthly?

Every month, subscribers get a package from Humble Bundle containing a mixed bag of games they don't know they are going to get. Subscribing for Humble Bundle Monthly costs US$12 each month, but you receive a discount for ordering multiple months at a time. You pay upfront but can cancel recurring payments for future purchases at any time.

At the beginning of each month, Humble announce one key game that it is offering in the bundle that month and makes it available for you as soon as you purchase the bundle (month by month) or as soon as it's announced (multi-month subscription). The rest of the games in the bundle unlock at the end of each month.

With your Humble Bundle Monthly subscription, you get 10% off the 5656 items on the Humble Bundle Store for the duration of your subscription. You also get access to the Humble Bundle Trove, a collection of Humble Originals and other games all in a DRM-free package, available to download straight away. As of January 2018, there are 43 games available from Trove.

What are the Bundles?

Bundles are collections of PC games, mobile games, book and comic bundles. The bundles vary each month and typically last for 14 days, with the exception of monthly, which has a pre-order time just shy of a month.

How do you receive your games?

Humble Bundle delivers games to you through digital downloads or keys which can be redeemed through Steam, uPlay, Origin and GOG. Note that these keys can't be refunded as the keys are redeemed outside of Humble Bundle's control.

How does Humble Bundle work with charities?

Humble Bundle often works with organisations to bring out charity-only bundles or special promotions supporting charities. 5% of Humble Bundle Monthly proceeds go to charity while the consumer can choose the portion that is donated to charity with each standard bundle. As of January 2018, Humble Bundle have raised US$117,000,000 for charity.

What payment providers are accepted?

Humble Bundle accept payments via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Amazon (in USD Only) and Alipay.

Does Humble Bundle offer refunds?

Humble Bundle look at refunds on a case-by-case basis. If a code has been revealed, it is highly unlikely a refund will be issued. If you do want to ask for a refund, you can do so here. Humble Bundle asks that you include purchase information & your download page in the support ticket. Refunds cannot be issued 60 days after any purchase and any purchases that may be made in Bitcoin are non-refundable.
