Why can’t I redeem my rewards redeemed online?

      Hi Piper.

Please head to the HSBC website, and look for the section of their site that says, ‘rewards’. There’s a tab on their website navigation that says, ‘redeem now’. Click this and you will be directed to the HSBC Australian Credit Cards Online webpage.

You will then be prompted to enter the last 12 digits of your card number. You will then be able to redeem your HSBC rewards points for a range of goods and experiences.

      Thanks for your question.
