Seattle's Russell Wilson and Arizona's Kyler Murray are set for a thrilling quarterback duel. Here's how to watch in Australia.

SUMMARY: Seahawks vs Cardinals is exclusive to ESPN. So unless you're already an existing Foxtel customer, your best option is to watch live on Kayo Sports. You can watch for free using this 14-day trial. This gets you access to all its unique features and 50 additional live sports.

Veteran Wilson and second-year pro Murray are both in MVP contention after leading their teams to 6-3 records in the ultra-competitive NFC West.

Standing just 1.8m and 1.78m respectively, Wilson and Murray are tiny in comparison to the NFL's defensive monsters attempting to hurl them to the ground.

This should be an exciting offensive spectacle with both teams more adept at scoring points than stopping them.

When is Seattle vs Arizona?

Thursday Night Football in the United States kicks off at 12:20pm AEDT on Friday 20 November. Seattle's CenturyLink Field will play host but without any spectators.

Who will win Seahawks vs Cardinals?

Wilson has been unusually shaky in recent weeks but we are backing him to get back on track and lead Seattle to victory on their home field, as long as star wide receiver Tyler Lockett is able to shake off a knee issue and play.

The Cardinals are coming off an emotional win over Buffalo, when Murray launched a last-second Hail Mary pass for DeAndre Hopkins to grab ahead of three Bills defenders. Arizona will put up points against Seattle's shaky secondary but we think star safety Jamal Adams and company can do just enough for a home win in a high-scoring shootout.
