After previously teaming up with Italian luxury fashion house Moschino, high-street retailer H&M is once again collaborating on a new luxe line. This time the brand is teaming up with Paris-based Italian designer Giambattista Valli and the collection is nothing short of perfect.
The collaboration, titled Project Love, was debuted on Thursday evening at the Cannes film festival. Some the hottest influencers around, like Chiara Ferragni and Kendall Jenner, rocked pieces from the new line giving us a first glimpse at the romantic collection.
Staying true to Giambattista Valli's signature feminine aesthetic, tulle and lace have taken the forefront. The absolute standout from the collection is a pink neon tulle dress, which is a mini adaption of J.Lo's totally extra Valli number from the "Second Act" premier. While a more toned-down version of the original, the H&M version is still just as eye-catching with layers of tulle and a strapless neckline.

Other pieces from the range include hi-low dresses in a palette of fresh pastel pinks along with a white lace ankle-length dress featuring a sheer neckline. Menswear is also available, with a grey polka dot suit, and a charcoal suit jacket and shorts combination also on offer.
Rather than the usual luxe price tag that comes with the Valli label, the Project Love collection will cost between US$17.99 and US$649, making the pieces an absolute steal.
When and where can you shop the collaboration?
A limited-edition drop of apparel and accessories from the H&M x Giambattista Valli collection has already made its way into select stores, including the H&M store on Bourke Street. If you aren't a Melbourne-dweller, a worldwide release of the collection is scheduled for 7 November on the H&M site, so mark it on your calendars.
