Full-service airline Hawaiian Airlines has done the unthinkable, discounting flights to Honolulu from Brisbane to $555 return.

This is a short and very very sweet 5-hour sale to celebrate the 5 year anniversary of the Brisbane to Honolulu route. They're on sale now through the official Hawaiian Airlines website here – but only until 14:59pm AEST.

In other words, you need to hustle.

Travel is available from 20 January to 12 March 2018 and is for economy class seats only. Blackout dates may apply and seats are only available until sold out.

Flying from Sydney? While flights aren't quite as cheap as those from Brisbane, Sydneysiders can also benefit from a sale of their own.

Fares start from $975 return and include 2 x 32 kilograms of checked luggage (a total of 64 kilograms per passenger) as well as in-flight meals and entertainment.

They're on sale until 7 December and valid for travel between 17 January and 18 September 2018. Again, blackout dates apply.

They can also be booked direct through the Hawaiian Airlines website.
