Are these half-price sale flights flexible?

Jetstar: When you book your half-price flight, you can add FareCredit for $40. It covers the value of your fare and any extras in case you choose to cancel. The credit voucher you will receive is valid for up to 3 years from date of issue. All bookings with Jetstar vouchers will be returned if your flight is affected by border restrictions or cancelled.

Qantas: Under its "Fly Flexible" policy, all half-price flight bookings are eligible for unlimited free date changes for travel up to 31 December 2022. You can get a refund or credit voucher if your flight is cancelled due to border restrictions.

With both airlines, you may have to pay the difference in your fare and you must make changes prior to your date of departure.
